Introduction to Worship Series

Man’s life in the garden was to be depicted by Worship which means love, honor, or reverence and to follow the Will of God to be obedient or to observe the warnings and these are all for our own good. God did not create man to be a slave, He wants us to be humble and be obedient to His Will. We know that God is good all the time and He wants us to fellowship with Him. Worship is not known to Adam and Eve, they are with God that they can see and communicate and still they disobeyed the only rule God gave them not to eat the fruit of knowledge of good and evil or they will die. The Man Adam is not an ordinary man; God did not put him in the garden to be a worker and keeper of the garden but as a son who has full authority over it. He has dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth, and yet he allowed himself to be deceived.

Part 1 Demonstration of Faith

Part 2 Knowledge and Understanding

Part 3 Product of Belief

Part 4 Worship is Responsibility

Worship allows us to acknowledge God of His presence and existence, it develops our relationship with Him by being obedient to His will, we praise Him for His glory and thank Him for all the things that He has given us; His breath to survive, the food that we eat, the water that we drink all are made and created by Him. Though we are short of the glory of God because of sin, He never leaves us nor forsakes us. He always welcomes us when we come back to Him and forgive us when we repent. During the time of Noah, God grieves because of the wickedness of man a total disconnect with our Creator, and instead of wiping out mankind by merely saying His powerful word, He gave mankind 120 years to change.

Part 5 Worship is Empowerment

Part 6 Worship is Fellowship with God

Part 7 Worship is Praising God

Part 8 Worship Must be Biblical

Genesis 6:5 – “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually”. When 120 years come to pass the wrath of God was on the face of the earth. We should maintain our relationship through praise and worship, and there are no excuses with the modern living we are enjoying now we can do it at home in front of our TV sets which are Biblical. It is our responsibility to keep our communication with God through prayers, singing, and imagination, meditation day or night is very inspiring. Do not let challenges disconnect our connection with the Almighty. He is the only One in this troubled world we can lean on. We can do seven Sabbath (worship) seven days a week 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes per day. If we dedicate our time and space in our own house, He might invite himself to make our house His dwelling place.

We believe only in one God, how could this be possible when there are millions of houses for Him to dwell? Good questions need a good response. God can make a way when there is no other way. He can make the impossible possible. He is the great “I Am.” He is our “All in All.” Are you settled with that?

Part 9 Worship is not a Fundraising Event

Part 10 Acknowledge the One True God

Part 11 Worship Through Jesus

Part 12 God in Three Persons (Trinity)

Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. We walk by faith and not by sight. Faith doesn’t grow on trees but in our hearts. I hope that through this media we can share how we are doing in worshipping God in our own dwelling place. We can make our own goal and that is the beauty of it.

Whatever challenges we have today will come to pass and the hope for a better tomorrow will be today as bright as the morning sun. To thee we celebrate. To God be the glory.

God Bless Everyone!
